Teena Evert, M.A. is a somatic (body-oriented) practitioner, certified in The Rolf Method of Structural Integration, registered as a massage therapist, and yoga instructor, and Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Movement & Bodywork. She utilizes a holistic and integrative approach for pain relief that allows not only for symptom reduction and stabilization, but the cultivation of a natural state of inner peace and a great sense of resonance with one’s life purposes and goals.

Teena combines her comprehensive training, clinical skills and personal experiences to help her clients find balance in body, mind and spirit. She is passionate about inspiring, educating and motivating each individual in her care to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Breakthrough Body Healing’s, multi-modality approach complements traditional medical care to resolve a myriad of body-mind symptoms and structural misalignments due to chronic stress and overwhelm.
